Researching item and contribution values

Here supporters can research their item's value, enter pertinent information and let auctionPAL take care of the rest.

We provide call-to-action and newsletter templates with information on the donation process, what to donate and who to contact for help.

Our auctionExperts use extensive research tools to generate a selling strategy that maximizes the value of every contribution.

Personalized auction tracking

Supporters can track the status of their auctions and their total contribution through a personalized My Account page available on auctionPAL's website.

Payment and shipping

Once an item is sold, auctionPAL collects payment from the buyer and sends the supporter a shipping kit

Delivery and confirmation

The supporter simply places the item in the box and calls to schedule delivery. auctionPAL tracks the item through this process from beginning to end.

Processing of contribution

Once the buyer receives the item, auctionPAL notifies the supporter of their successful auction and the amount of their contribution. We then provide you with a check and all necessary information to confirm the contribution (including issuing a tax receipt if applicable). You can receive payments and supporter statements on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
